"Oh my where do i start i been with this company since they came to Albany GA. I have never had a problem with them and they send different employees every year. This year they sent ruth and oh my she has messed everybody up i even referred someone and she messed them up also. I dont think she wasn't ready to prepare our taxes and they are not doing a great job with keeping us posted about our refund either not even the head office in Atlanta."
"They change their prices every year and this year carmon purdie charged me for a tax advance that I never got then she told me she will ask her boss to give me 200 dollars back but then told me if my refund is not.correct then give her a call and they will give me a check for $200. I contacted the corporate office via email because I was told that's the only way and someone would call me back but I never got a call from anyone and I was charged $1,000 for filing a regular tax return with w2s"
