"I WILL NEVER USE THIS "CPA" AGAIN!. I filed an extension for my tax return and brought my tax documents to Ms. Woodell on June 26. The due date after the extension is October 15. My taxes are still not ready to be submitted to the IRS on September 26. I have called Ms. Woodell repeatedly, but she has never been in the office when I called during business hours and has never returned my phone calls. A week ago I called and left a message requesting she contact me within 24 hours to let me know if she was going to make the October 15 deadline. I told the assistant I spoke with that if Ms. Woodell didn't return my call I would be in to pick up my portfolio. Today I stopped in during business hours to retrieve my tax documents. Ms. Woodell was not there, my portfolio was locked in her office, and no one who was on staff had a key. OUTRAGEOUSLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Ms. Woodell clearly does not care AT ALL about her clients or her business and does not even deserve the one star that I had to give her in order to post this review."
