"Lynda has been extremely helpful to me when I was handling my dad's estate and needing some tax assistance. I would highly recommend her!"

"I would not recommend Lynda Galler to my worst enemy. She does not provide proof of mailing to the IRS, takes months to respond (needless to say, no matter what personal issues you are dealing with, businesses pay you money to handle their taxes - if you are unable to do it, find someone else to do the work for you or tell them your promise of 3 weeks to deliver will turn into 3 months) What she did to me was unprofessional. Forms and taxes did not make it to the IRS. I had to follow up with the IRS myself and still do. I first spoke with her and engaged on March 2021. She was supposed to file by April. Gave ME attitude for being concerned about my business and personal taxes deadlines, made me feel as if she doubted me even though I have everything documented and I am still waiting for my refund PLUS the processing of my business papers. Furthermore, now not even the IRS can find my 1040 information and she is nowhere to be found. Even though this is illegal, she was holding my return from being filed until the preparation fee was processed/mailed by my bank - and she knew I had issued the payment. It is illegal to hold it even without payment. If I do not get a response from her on the date she filed my return electronically, she will force me to file a complaint with the IRS for negligent behavior and possible misconduct."
