"Made an appointment for taxes a month and a half out. A couple days before called to make sure we were all set for my appt, no answer. When I showed up for my appt, Sandy's address was on Crowne Pointe Pkwy at the time, I was informed that she was released from her lease and no longer in the building. I called her number multiple times with two different numbers with no answer. Finally I called corporate Daniel Ahart and told them what was going on and they transferred me directly to her. She stated she thought my appointment was the next day and was going to call me later. And then followed up with she was in an audit until 2, but my appt was after 2. She did apologize and offer to do my return free, which I kindly declined, this was the only reason for two stars and not one."
