"If I could give 0 stars I would! These women are fraud.. I’ve been asking nearly begging these ladies to send over my return so I can see what they have done with my taxes!! Kiosha put all types of fake credits on my taxes just so she can receive more money! Charge me nearly 2,000 to do my taxes but yet can never get an answer or get someone on the phone!! Then let’s not talk about the grant charged people to do the grant and they did it completely wrong put fake employees and who knows what else all so they can collect 200 from all us and that add up if they done 1000 people! Took our money went had surgery all type of stuff but yet will not fix the mess you all have made on peoples taxes! Messing with people livelihood..why do I have to keep asking for my paperwork or even reminding you? It’s been months I’ve been asking and you all still want send it! What are you hiding? you all should be ashamed! And don’t tell me to call or email because I too been doing that! I even reached out to the owner and she told me she been doing taxes for so many years but yet what you are doing and allowing is fraud. I hope we all come together and sue this business!! And out all these ladies behind bars where they belong!!! (Update) Reached out to kiosha Friday morning 12/18/2023 And still no response has not sent over my information I’ve been requesting for months!! Will try again there next work day and update you all! 12/19/2023 I got a letter in mail from irs to come and sit down with them! I’m going this Friday! I also finally received a copy of my return as of today after asking for months.. I just can’t wait to sit down with the irs so they can let me know what this company did with my taxes and also see if they Even filed for my grant and if so what did they file. If there were not fillings made for a grant I will be calling bank reporting fraud to get my 200.00 back! Update 1/1/2023 So I had my appointment with the irs! Let just say these ladies added a 8000 tax credit to my taxes, that I was unaware of! I sent this company my w2 from my job as well as all my information for my business taxes! I did not ask for them to put a tax credit on anything and the tax credit they put on there was for over paying taxes!! Why would you put that on there? I over paid the it’s $8000! Just did whatever they wanted to do! This is why a lot of people are not getting there taxes and you have to amend them now, the irs is taking off that tax credit! So you charge people almost 2000 to do there taxes and you do them completely wrong and refused to answer questions or help because you know what you did was wrong!!! it’s been a year now and I’m still dealing with my 2022 taxes because of this company! Now far as the grant! This company never filed for a business grant for me and or they did not verify my information! Also the IRS told me that companies like this are adding employees and that business that have been paid the money will eventually get in trouble for false information so I’m lucky that the grant did not go as I would had like it to go! So yeah I’m definitely calling my bank to get my 200 back! This was just a learning experience! That you cant trust just anyone! I don’t care if they do have good reviews.. do your research and ask question. Hate that I’ve had to deal with this! Even during my pregnancy it’s been hard! I wish everyone well that is dealing with the mess up of these people don’t give up fight and go down to the irs and see what’s going on and file a complaint towards this company! They’re not in the business of helping us at all!"

"Luxury Tax & Accounting office and atmosphere is very nice and luxurious. The workers are super sweet…. You can see that in all previous reviews… However, not all fairytales have a great ending. I first started working with LT when they were talking about business grants. I was recommended by a close friend of Shacoya. After paying my fee the communication was non existent. They had us sign docusigns and we never heard from them again. Mind you it was me and 3 other people. None of us received this grant or heard anything about it for over a whole year now. Fast forward I still decided to give them a chance on my taxes….. I worked with Kiosha, Shacoya’s sister. She was nice she even helped my husband. However after a while of not seeing any IRS updates we spoke with her and she stated she had a charge under her name and couldn’t help us. Therefore I went to the IRS. They stated that my taxes were sent to the fraud dept because the taxes were incorrectly done. I got Shacoya’s # because once again I was referred by a close friend of hers. I reached out and she stated she would fix them.. I have texted her several times for an update and have not received an response. The communication at this business is so bad down to the owner. I spoke with the IRS today and they stated not only was an amendment to fix them not filed the previous taxes will be disallowed. Also my husbands taxes have been flagged for fraud as well.. if you want a good atmosphere go here if you want taxes or help with business funding go somewhere else. And please don’t respond back saying to email, text or call no one because I have done that in the most polite way since 6/23/23 with Shacoya and since 2/8/23 with Kiosha."
