"Great place to work whether you are a newer driver or experienced driver, excellent equipment, no wait to get loaded or unloaded, they do not hold your hand and let you as the driver command your on ship. However be sure to have any life issues squared away before you come here, they are all about the business which is how you got to run a business. If you are lazy, make excuses or need someone to babysit you do not waster your time or theres."

"Keim started out being a great job with good pay, then they bounce you around to another dispatcher pay cut in half. Then there become problems with idol time, logs and etc. The longer you work here the less money you make and more head ache you receive from the company. Dispatchers dont care they let you sit and sit. If the wheels of the truck is not rolling then you or the company are not making money. I wouldnt advice this company to anyone that wants to make money."
