"Called and spoke to someone about flat bed truck. They said they had 2 on hand. I flew there at 90mph on interstate to get there. I get there and then was told they had zero. They told me I could call other stores to find one. So where is the customer service. So again I flew to other store to find out they didn’t have one either. Lucky a women returning one exact time I was walking away. She overheard conversation and said I’m returning one."

"This was one of the worst experiences I can remember. I'm given a contract to rent a truck for 3 hours and keep it within 50 miles for $203 with a $150 security deposit. When I bring the truck back with a full tank of gas and within the parameters they ended up charging me $103. When I asked them why I wasn't given my full security deposit back they said that they had forgotten to put the truck charge on my agreement so they had to go ahead and charge me for it!!!!!!! Unbelievable!!!!! I talked to 2 managers in the process and nobody took any responsibility and they tried to blame it all on Penske. Needless to say I'll never be going to see them again. Thanks for just deciding to add on a charge that you never told me about and pull it out of my security deposit! I guess I'll be building something together with Lowe's from now on!"
