"I have been going to HnR block for over a decade, this is the absolute worst branch I have ever worked with. I did my tax prep online one of their people calls me up, awesome. We talk he understands I am military, understands what’s going on with my family. Says I am getting a refund, says he will continue to look to maximize my refund, awesome! Don’t even know what he does but not only so I not get the refund but I am told I owe the state of Alabama because I am making to much. I am military, Florida resident, I don’t owe the state. The only lady who works full time in the office is extremely condescending when we ask for help because we have receive mail from the state saying we owe. One person. Is competent but she is part time. Once again, been going to HnR block for over a decade hard to believe I will continue if this is the service I get."
