"Today, I went into pharmacy for my annual flu vaccine. The east Indian pharmacist couldn’t have been more rude. After explaining why I was there she walked away without a word. She went to a computer and began typing. Then, after 5 minutes, with out looking up said asked me “what’s your name?” I told her my name. She said we are not in the computer. After I said we are new to town, called earlier and was told to just walk-in, she ignored my statement. She she was just too busy for any “walk-ins” and had people scheduled back to back the remainder of the day. I hindsight I was glad pharmacist didn’t have time. She seemed to care little about my health and wellbeing. Instead she centered herself and her problems with little concern about anything or anyone other than herself. I felt compelled to leave my first ever negative review for Walgreens - one of my favorite stores in the world. The off putting behavior needs to change. Sincerely, MM"

"I’ve been a loyal 10+ year customer here. I am feeling really sick and just want to go home and sleep. The pharmacy texted me my prescription is ready. I immediately went in line at the drive through. The woman stuck a closed sign in my face. This is the worst thing you could possibly do to me right now. I get some lip service when calling to complain and still no prescription until they open later in the day. I will never, ever step foot in this store again. Now I have to sleep in my car and wait at the pharmacy across the street. UPDATE. They refused to give me my prescription form back and refused to transfer it. I cannot speak in words how disappointed I am with this company."

"Love this walgreens. Everyone is so nice. They greet you. Real customer service. The pharmacy is amazing. They are under staffed but absolutely amazing. Definitely worth the wait."

"Horrible customer service! They are dishonest and give you the wrong product. My mom ordered vinyl photo for my baby birthday and they gave me paper. Because my mom called them to replace it and I was out to work away from the original paper which I live 15 miles away they waste my time and gas. I asked for a discount and they refused when it’s their mistake to print on the wrong type of product. They told me to bring the paper back to swap. I told them I’ll just repay for the one I originally paid for and bring the paper back another time then they can refund me then. What type of horrible customer service they have. Seems the manage is incompetent. I’ll never shop here again. It’s the most ghetto Walgreen in the area, poorly lit and unsafe with people hanging out in the back near the pharmacy making me uncomfortable."
