"I’m not quite sure where to start, since I am not a sports car aficionado. But I do need to explain about my experience with Black Forest Motorcars and Michael Diaz. He was probably the nicest man I’ve ever met in regards to understanding just how little I knew about cars. This year is my 30th anniversary with my husband and he has loved Corvettes since I’ve known him in high school. I wanted to get him one for our anniversary. But my dilemma was my inexperience. Fortunately, I have a friend who is a lover of fine automobiles and he willingly chose to help me. He was the one that found Michael Diaz and his business of dealing with extraordinary vehicles. Being that we live in Ohio and Michael’s in Georgia made this even a more difficult task for me. However, he was so interested in what my friend told him about my situation that he was willing to put up with the long distance business transaction as well as my inexperience. My friend and I have been looking for over a year since I knew it would take that long to get the money together for a nice car as well as find something my husband would like. We found it with Michael about two months shy of the anniversary date. Michael worked exclusively with my friend, making sure the 2005 Corvette, which had less than 50,000 miles and in pristine condition, was ready for the surprise “unveiling”. My husband had no clue I was planning this so when we went to Georgia for spring break to visit our friends he was completely clueless. At the “unveiling" my husband was speechless and wouldn’t even touch the car or get in it for about 20 minutes. As a matter of fact, I wasn’t even sure he would take it since it was such a large purchase. He’s not the type of guy who does much for himself so this was a really big deal. Michael made sure everything was in excellent condition and what wasn’t he had replaced. Not only did Michael do that, but I was talking to him about wanting the Corvette to be a hands-free vehicle since Ohio does not allow one to drive while on the phone. Michael had no trouble helping us, gave us a wonderful man with a specialty car shop in Atlanta AND allowed us to keep the Corvette at Black Forest Motorcars for a few days while we got everything organized at the specialty shop. Michael did not have to do that, but he did. He wanted to make sure that we were happy with everything and was not going to let us leave until we had the Corvette the way we wanted it. I can not speak highly enough about what Michael Diaz did for my husband and I. He made me feel 100% comfortable and was extremely patient with me as I learned about the entire process. He made everything so smooth and simplistic for me, while he did all the legwork. So, if you’re in the market for a fine automobile and want to deal with someone who is in the business of making people acquire their dream car, then Michael’s your man."
