This worker had to then relay the entire conversation to all the other workers at this location. Still no shower yet, waiting 10minutes, they haven't cleaned them, but they are able to gossip and chit chat with each other."

"Came in here with a wide load because AL will not allow us Sunday travel and I wouldn’t be able to get in or out of the Pilot. I’m too wide to fit through the pumps here or the at the Pilot. The manager refused to let me drop the trailer, even to fuel. I explained I couldn’t fit through the pumps or down the road by the scale with the rear overhang on the trailers backed up to the road. I also explained with my width but would be easier for others if I dropped the trailer and parked next to the neck and in front of the load. She refused and got heated with the cashier who called. Add to that the 50 gal fuel limit, paid parking and dirty restrooms I doubt I’ll be back."

"This used to be a regular stop for me, never again. They started charging to park a semi truck. 10 dollars for overnight which isn't all that bad . But I stopped in to eat at the Mexican restaurant like always and was told if not fueling it would be 5 dollars. WTH ,I'm buying food from your store and you still want me to pay for parking less than a hour. Sad to because I really enjoyed the Mexican food and the Waffle house. I'll not be back and I'll let everyone I can know about this."

"I wouldn't use the vacuum! The vacuum has no suction and then they don't act like they own the vacuum and fragrance area but even though it's connected and attached to BP property. They're not very comfortable about giving you your little dollar and $0.50 back. I was yelled at for this being told that," I can't help you. Please leave we have nothing tob do with that. Etc....." You can't do nothing about is what I was basically told.. They also don't have no way for you to get your money back unless you call a number and they don't tell you anything. they are not that nice here Will make you aggravated if your on a long trip so I wouldn't stop...."
