"I went to the store on Saturday to get my tires rotated and balanced. They are the only tire place my family and I have purchased tires from in the past 24 years and they are the only ones we have trusted to touch our tires on our cars. They said they would not do it unless I bought some lug nuts because they had “swollen.” I asked my family members that have had cars for over 50 years, which some of them are mechanics, no one around me had heard of that issue. So, I looked it up because this was all new to me. I just wanted to leave a review because I felt like they were just pushing this because I’m a young woman. The repetition of stating they would not work on my car unless they were changed, made me feel taken advantage of. Because why is there all of a sudden this flash alert that has come up when they were the only ones working on my car. They even stated that it looked like someone had forcefully tried to take them off. Then I stated that they were the only ones I trust with my vehicle and have touched my tires in the past. They continued to state they would not continue with service until the lug nuts were changed. What was I to do? I have unlimited balancing and rotation with them. Was I just to let that go or bite the bullet?"

"Super nice guys working the desk. The technicians were super quick. Scheduled a 915 appointment to get my tires rotated and balanced. Arrived right about 900. I was out the door and on my way before 930. Great job!"
