"First service visit did not go off as I had hoped. Had to schedule and the soonest appt was 4-5 wks out. 9 am appt, I arrived 15 min early, did not get car back til almost 1! Was not aware that I could have set up valet for my vehicle. That would have saved a lot of headache. Couple issues no time to complete entirely since I had an appt and could wait no longer. Service Mgr was very polite and understanding. Roger, too, was polite and helpful. And, I understand they are short staffed with techs, but, if you schedule appt times, need to keep these on time. P.S. Enjoyed their Motown and R&B music. Folks very friendly. Hope it goes better next time."

"I brought my vehicle back on FRI after Thanksgiving to have engine lights checked. Three weeks aga I paid $5000 to have the transmission replaced. It runs gr8, however, after being at you location 2 1/2 hrs I was told the lights were due to a coding issue I drove away very satisfied only to find out that a few miles away one of the lights came on again. I called left Vic a message to return my call to make arrangements to correct this.I really want this fixed and hope to hear from you as soon as possible."

"My 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe has been sitting at the service department since 9/13/2021. It has been 3 months and still no answer as to when my car will be ready. They have not offered a loaner or to help with a rental. I can never get my service rep on the phone, or a call back and can't leave a message mailbox is full. At this point I can not afford to even get a rental car."

"Bought a brand new car from the dealership and noticed this dent… took it back to the store with proof that this is how they sold me the car, once they realized that it was their actual fault they agreed to fix it but did not provide me with a loaner or a rental car while they had my car… I work 2 jobs and now i have to pay to get around… body shop took longer than the 4 days they told me and I missed my oil change appointment that’s right in the same building… got transferred to 11 different representatives and was on the phone for an hour just to get someone on the phone… I am not even a difficult person but this was beyond frustrating."

"Took my car there, explained the problem I was having, they claimed nothing was wrong with my car, it sat there for 6 days for them to tell me Nothing, I picked it up that Saturday morning, then sons I got home, later that afternoon my car would not start. What a disaster. I had to take my car to Thornton road Hyundai and they fixed my car the same day. What a disservice to the customer, In times past, I never had a problem with S.town Hyundai, but this time I had to end up renting a car, while it was held at dealership on top of it not even being fixed. Not Happy at all."
