"No one was there at time of my visit. Thonk there should of been, it was roughly 4:15 when I arrived. Looked @ several vehicles but never had anyone to see if I needed help of any kind.."

"Nonexistent customer service. Went in asking about non-cars,.... She suggested a Fusion. I said isn't that a car? She said yes. I said NON-car. Had to tell her 3 different times I don't want a CAR, that I wanted a truck, SUV, or something OTHER THAN A CAR. She stated she vehicle then couldn't come up with a price. I asked her if she had a print out of vehicles and their prices, she said no, that the prices change from day to day. I said and your website doesn't work, she said that they do business with a big company and that they come and go. She seemed completely lost. Couldn't pull anything up and kept on referring to a "him" that just left that would be able to maybe help me. Asked when "he"'d be back, she said she didn't know because she didn't know where he went. Absolutely no help. Absolutely no service. Absolutely no sale."

"very helpful to find you a loan, wonder why? I was very happy with my car until two months after purchase...yes only two months. My car broke down the timming belt broke due to the car not javing service before sale, derick said he had service car but that was not tru. The engine had dirty ass old oil, the car engine broke down in two months? I contact them and all they did was run me around saying they would help in what they could but did nothing . They keep saying lie, after lie. Worst place to buy a car, these people are liars. i have spend more money on Auto repair than what the car payment is. Now im stuck with paying off a loan and paying for $3600 worth of repairs. If you planning to purchase a car here, get the carfax and take it to a mechanic for a check before . Dont make same mistake to trust words, or fall for their good personality and make a wrong buy."

"Scum bags. Told me that they’d have a leak fixed before I bought it. Needless to say they didn’t. I took it back, they said they would fix it in 3 days. Over two weeks later it still wasn’t fixed. When I told Derek how angry I was, and that I’d be reviewing their dealership on google, his response was to “have me arrested for slander”. These turds couldn’t give me a car. Don’t go here. This is the kinda place that gives a bad name to used car dealerships."
