"The tax preparer was professional. I scheduled my appointment online and it didn't match with what she had at the location which meant she was double booked. When I came in I was notified I had $100 due to JH for prep fees last year. They took money from my return last year for the fee. I told them I owed the previous yr and was making payments (they did that returns too) and she obviously was not an experienced preparer. My returns are basic and I ended up paying over $200 because of their error. The manager Sara was very rude and spoke like dept collector as if I did something wrong. I was given a coupon because i was a return customer and couldn't use because my return was a standard one. Their advertising is very misleading and I know this because I work in advertising. I would not recommend this company. They do not care about their customers, and their staff is not properly trained. It's shameful! And I felt bad the preparer was stuck with their negligence and she was professional. Look elsewhere or you might end up paying more than you should."

And had no problem explain anything I was confused about. She also gave me the discount for being a first timer which she didn’t have to do. Will be returning next year !"
