"Purchased a 2008 Honda Ridgeline at approximately 3:25pm on Saturday 10/29. While driving to the gas station (tank was near empty during test drive), the check engine light came on. Called the salesman (Aaron Hudson) and was told if we bring the vehicle back by 4pm (closing time) they would put it on the reader. Put it on the reader and was told it was an O2 sensor likely triggered due to the low gas. They then proceeded to turn the check engine light off and said it should be fine after driving for a while. Check engine light came back on within the next 50 miles and did not go off. Took the truck to a Honda dealership and was advised of issues with the catalytic converter that would need to be fixed before the light would go out / be able to pass emissions. Called Aaron who claimed to be unaware of any issues with the vehicle but was sure to remind it was an "as is" sale. Although it cannot be proven, it seems the check engine light was turned off prior to my arrival/test drive in order to make the sale. If you plan to buy, I highly recommend either taking a mechanic with you or arriving early enough to have the vehicle inspected before purchase."

"Very rude. I inquired a vehicle online and stated that I had a trade in that I was interested in doing. He then cut me off mid sentence to tell me that I would never get an amount for my car even though we didn’t even discuss that. I will not give them my business period"

"** Update ** I've upped the stars because they helped make the situation right by bringing my car back and picking up theirs with a wrecker. They refunded all of my money except for $100 which that had already paid to have my car cleaned, and $250 for the wrecker fee. I've counted my losses and chalked it up to a lesson learned. Just an unfortunate situation. ** before update ** I'm waiting to see how the business handles my current situation. These photos were taken right after I bought the vehicle, but withint 24hrs the transmission went out. I've since learned that the previous owner took the car in with the same issues 14 days before I bought it and were told it needed a new transmission. However, the car lot told me the transmission was fine when they sold it to me and my bad lunck that it went out withint the first 24hrs. I'm hoping they help me as I'm a single mother with no spare vehicle. I traded my running vehicle in along with all the money I had, plus some that I borrowed in order to get this vehicle, hoping it would be nicer than what I started with. Now, I'm left with a car that don't run and a $3500-$5000 expense to get it running again. Praying they help me and then I will update my review."
