"We made an appointment to sign our taxes and then waited 20 minutes just for Werner Schomaker to tell us he could take us if we waited another 45 minutes (acting like we just walked in without an appointment). We said no and rescheduled. Our next appointment we waited again for 20 minutes to be seen by Werner Schomaker. Once he finally sat us down he didn’t know who we were and that we were they to sign not start the process (guess he didn’t look at he calendar to see who his client was). While he did explain what we were getting back with knowledge, he was not the kindest of people to work with. When it came time to pay what we owed he said he did not know how to do the transaction with a credit card so that was another 30 minutes. We finally signed and submitted everything only to get a phone call 2 days later where he said “you did not pay me” (when he never said anything while we were there for almost and hour and half). He was incredibly rude and we will not be filing with H&R Block again."

"Had a very poor experience. They advertise that you get an up front cost so that there's no surprises. At the end we find out that we're paying $200 more than expected. Not that the original cost would've been worth it anyways. To sum up the poor experience, my original appointment was missed by the tax pro, they never answer the phone or respond to voicemails and emails, when I asked to speak with a manager I was told that she doesn't work on site and is only reachable by text message. There was no consideration for the amount of time that was wasted. I can't imagine using this service again."
