"Don’t know who was working in the place of Barbie Jones on 01/28/2023 but they did not do a good job. My appointment was for 4:30, I didn’t sit in that chair until around 5:15, no acknowledgment about the time or anything she just said I can have a seat.. going through the paper work she asked me if I had a certain form with my benifits, I told her I’ll look online but don’t think I have it so I looked and told her the number of the other form I had she’s like “oh no I don’t know what that is, they didn’t ask for that” ummm ok… overall horrible experience and I ended up not even getting my taxes completed because my “return” was so low compared to other places I had visited"
