"The previous accounting firm I used was super busy, as are all firms this time of year. However, this previous firm was too busy to answer phone calls and/or emails as long as they had other returns to finish. I got my return completed in August - 4 months late - although I sent them everything they needed the first week in February. Not so with Rosenthal and Kaplin. They immediately responded to several emails I sent with questions - a couple on Sunday. I got my return a couple of weeks early.
