"I have been a Townsend Tax customer since 1988, primarily at the Gwinnett location, but at the Smyrna location the last three. I had excellent service prior to this year. The deplorable service I received this year has prompted me, after 35 years to find another tax preparer. This year my taxes were a complete and total disaster. There has been zero communication from my tax preparer. Her name was Lisa Blackburn. After repeated complaints I have had empty apologies from the receptionist and office manager, as I am sure I will receive a similar response to this review. I am still waiting on an apology from Rita. I am not holding my breath, but I will find someone else other than Townsend Tax to prepare my taxes and I advise you to do the same."
