"I bought,through Big Sky now two recon battery drills. The first was purchased in 2013 and it is still working great. Even the batteries are still going strong. The second I just received an is also recon. It was received within four days by ground in very good condition. It will be nice to have two excellent drills to work with on my shop projects, I won't have to be changing to differential bits so many times."
"I ordered a reconditioned Hitachi leaf blower, grade C. I needed one immediately or I would have waited for a grade A. I had to replace the primer fuel line which was discolored and hardened and a piece was rattling in the tank. I pulled the spark plug and there was a good deal of carbon on the piston crown. The blower runs fine though the idle was set extremely high and it's overall appearance is well used. It was not worth $96 with shipping but it will have to do."

Contacted Customer Service, shipped me out a new battery! Really friendly and great variety of products. I'll buy from them again."
