"I’ve never had a bad experience at this location except for today when my toddler threw a tantrum unexpectedly while in line and the cashier was extremely rude. She made me feel embarrassed, she was apologizing to the person behind me, shaking her head at me, and covering her ear. In no way did I deserve that type of treatment. I’m also 7 months pregnant, so how someone can be so rude and make the situation harder is beyond me ESPECIALLY as an employee. Aside from that encounter, the costumers at Aldi were so kind to me and two ladies helped me load my stuff into my car which to me, meant way more than how the employee treated me."
"I get trying to save on labor but maybe more than one cashier during the day. Everytime I come in early afternoon theres one register open and a line 12 people deep. I could see 4 Aldi employees from where I was in line stocking shelves or doing something besides helping customers get out of the massive line."
