"This location has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Save yourself the trip and go elsewhere, there’s no sense of assistance, the staff and clerks are quick to brush you off; on top of this, they demand, not ask, that you get your items out of your basket. Corporate should step in and address the individuals hired to help run their operations because they’re running their customers away."
"Went in to pick up a few things I needed. I had my one year-old little girl with me. Put her in the buggy, drove it back to where the rest-rooms, I drink water all day, had to go. Upon arrival at the women’s restroom with my daughter in tow tried to go in and it was locked. There was a sign that said to use the restroom go ask For a key (No out of order sign) and so I walked up to the front and asked. The manager looked at me and told me the rest-room is open. I explained that I tried to open the door and it’s locked. She told me we had to use the men’s room. No explanation nothing she just said it’s closed. (The Women’s room) I gathered that much by the locked door. I however identify as a woman who has a baby and no interest in taking her in the men’s room where I have her stand there while I go to the restroom and try to stop her from touching foreign germs that men’s restroom will No doubt carry within it. Unacceptable! Also how uncomfortable of a situation for me to know I’m not good enough for her restroom. Also she acted as though it bothered her to speak to me. Wouldn’t even hardly look at me. I told her I was just going to go. She threw up her hand more or less said whatever. Completely shocking Especially for this location. It used to be a good store. I see there management discriminates against mom’s now. Maybe just Hispanic moms."
