Simply drop off your tax documents and a Tax Pro will handle the rest, including a final review and convenient e-signing.
A Refund Advance loan allows you to receive money before your tax refund arrives, which can be especially helpful if the IRS takes weeks to process your refund. While Refund Advance is no longer available this year, Early Refund Advance and No Fee Refund Advance options were offered at select locations during specific dates.
We provide appointments for in-person tax preparation, drop-off tax preparation, and assistance with IRS letters. To schedule an appointment with a Tax Pro, we recommend booking online or calling (423) 485-1424. Walk-ins are also welcome at our 5210 Brainerd Rd, Ste D office.

"I was shocked that my preparer was not interested in going over my return with me even after I asked. He was just not interested and repeating the amount of my return; just letting me know how much I was getting back. I repeated show me my return and he wouldn't turn his screen around. Finally, I get home amd realized he did not give me copies of my documents or the return so I left a message without a return call. I came back the next day to get my items. I forgot to say that the day I came in I had made an appointment online for 9 a.m. only to get there and the office is closed. This was my first time in 20 years going anywhere except HR Block. My preparer has always gone over my return with me and ask if I have questions. Needless to say, I don't see myself going back to Jackson Hewitt in the future."

"I wish I cud give this branch a 0 tbh because filed my taxes with them been going to Jackson and hewitt for years and never had issues always pleasant and kind but that wasn't with this privately owned branch. They said I'd get a refund well not according to the irs and even looking at the return I always owed money and instead of telling me they miscalculated and then when I call to complain and ask why and how they miss it they keep dodging answering my questions and spinning it back around. Save your 150 they charge even tho in the past I was only charged 89. You'd get a better result going to the zoo and training a chimp to do your taxes than these jokers!"
