"I visited this store after ordering a replacement wedding set online. I worried that I wouldn’t receive much assistance since I ordered online. I couldn’t have been more wrong. All of the staff were very helpful and worked with me to find what I didn’t realize I wanted. They were very patient and showed me all kinds of options to ensure I left with what I truly loved and could afford. After this experience, I will definitely keep my jewelry business at the Dalton location"

"Got my engagement ring from there first! We used Stephanie and absolutely fell in love with how much time and effort she took with us! Not all the employees are nice at this location and the way the store manager talks to her employees and customers is ridiculous. We’ve purchased several different pieces of jewelry and refuse to use anyone but Stephanie! Everyone else is just plain rude! Recently went to upgrade our wedding rings and was told by the store manager that she would call us when it was tax free weekend(before school started) for some good deal! Almost two months later and still have received a call! Had to send a bracelet off to be fixed and was told I would get a call when it came in.. we never got the call.. luckily one day we stopped to have the rings cleaned and I ask about it. Before that I called and was told that I didn’t need to be calling and checking on stuff they would call me!! Maybe the manager needs to be let go and hire someone who actually cares about the employees!!"

"The worst customer service I have ever encountered from a Kay Jewelers. I have my engagement, wedding ring and other rings from Kay's. Well this specific location couldn't find my information so handed me over the computer to look myself up which is a current HIPAA violation because I was have access to other members information. I also was told that due to certain policies they were unable to allow my warranty to continue and when I ask why she asked told me the rules of keeping the warranty. Mind u that has never been explained to us. We have just taken rings in whenever we could due to children and life and Covid. When asked how I could possibly manage to do that she asked, "Well, would you rather me come to your house and pick it up." From there I realized this manager was very unprofessional and completely rude. I have always been a fan and promoted Kay's because of how easy and fluid things were. I will never use them again. With all the other jewelry shops in America with wonderful customer service, why would I subject myself to that rudeness and unprofessionalism? Good luck keeping customers having the management u do. Not even able to find a customer in their system and treating customers like that. Terrible."
