"Great experience all through the process of design, quote, purchase, and installation. The online design tool provided nice starting patterns and allowed for up to 3 colors. I really liked its ability to save an arbitrary number of designs with images and tile counts. I iterated through different designs and color combination quite a bit before settling on my final design. The tool then takes care of submitting the design for quote. I was then quickly contacted with a price quote with contact info. Had some questions regarding installation, cutting tiles, and recommendation. My Swisstrax sale rep was terrific and very responsive. Once I placed the order, my boxes of tiles arrived 5 days later. Installation was easy. I likened it to an adult Lego session. I ended up cutting tiles using a portable track saw. I think a table saw may have been slightly more efficient, but the track saw is worked just fine. Start to finish took me about 7 hrs in total. I’m super happy with the results. I’ve had it down now for several months and get many compliments. I love not only the look, but the feel under foot. I also use a motorcycle center stand dolly for moving my bike around and the floor is fantastic. No binding and it holds up beautifully engaging the center stand. I also use rubber tire stops to make it easy to know where to stop when pulling in. Rather than actually anchor them to the floor with bolts, I just cut out slots in the Swisstrax. The 3/4” depth works perfectly to keep the stops in place. Highly recommended."
