"I visited Jackson Hewitt at Walmart and had the most amazing experience with Juanita and Amber. On a scale of 1 to 10 the customer service was a 20. I am not that technology savvy, but Amber walked me through every step so that I would be able to use the Jackson Hewitt app. Then on the following day Juanita took great care of all my tax information and made sure I received the maximum refund allowed me. "Scheduled an appointment online for this location, appointment was confirmed by text and email. No one to be found in "office" on arrival, phone rang at location but went to some kind of voice-mail. Called Adel location, ended up with some woman in Gainesville, Florida who didn't even know where Moultrie was. National customer service was essentially useless. They transferred me to some unknown voice-mail. Finally reached someone in Tifton Office, they spoke to franchise owner. Employee scheduled today had emergency. I do not fault the person for an emergency, that's life...but for the location to still be accepting appointments, and nothing displayed on the office stating that they were closed due to an emergency, or not even having a phone number to a real person...unacceptable. *Updated review...The next day we were able to successfully schedule and complete an appointment. The tax pro that helped us was very polite and knowledgeable, but for reasons beyond her control, we opted not to file. Did appreciate the apology for the previous day's mishap."
