"Brad just came out to replace a flex gas line that was installed incorrectly with the wrong materials to my pool heater with a correct pipeline. He also noticed that my instant water heaters were installed under my house with no drain line out, which is not up to code. I wondered if the condensation pooling under them was safe or a potential mold issue! So he fixed that too! He explained everything well, and I was comfortable with him. He is down-to-earth and friendly. I am so grateful he was available to come right away to fix the gas leak!! I’ve definitely saved his # in my phone."
