"As a woman, I dread going to auto shops! So I was expecting the worst when I went in for an oil change, but I was pleasantly surprised by JB Automotive! Everyone is super nice, the prices are very reasonable, and they are FAST! I had to get my alternator replaced and finally wasn't worried about having to deal with the same treatment and price gouging many women experience with car maintenance/repairs. "I was driving through Monticello on a Saturday when I got a flat tire. I pulled into this shop, but they were closed. As I was trying to figure out what to do, some kind strangers pulled up and offered to help. They were helping me put my spare tire on when the owner of JB Automotive pulled up and asked if we needed help. I told him I was putting on the spare so that I could drive somewhere to get a new tire because I couldn’t drive 3 hours home on a spare. He took a look at my tire and told me to pull my car around. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT!! Truly a life saver! He patched if for me and sent me on my way. I pray that God blesses the kind people that took time out of their day to help a stranger for nothing in return. Thank you!!! Great service and a job well done!!"
