"Rude customer service. I called this number and pressed 2 for Dothan al north side Walmart and I spoke to this this white lady and she was already sounding like she aggravated like she didn’t wanna talk the lady hung up in my face before I can even get a chance to ask another question then she said I called too early talking with a attitude. But if I called so early why you answering the phone. Then I called back and ask did she hang up in my face she gone lie and say no she didn't but clearly did! Then she had somebody in the background cursing me out. She also sound like she didn’t wanna do her job and didn’t want to be bothered! This is very unacceptable customer service and I won’t be spending my money with you guy I’m glad I didn’t and I’ll be relying the message to other people about this customer service this is ridiculous!"
"Short Older Lady with long hair has Anger Issues and an extremely bad attitude. I dont recommend anybody going here to have their taxes done.. Our appointment was at 1100am, we left at 1143 am due to no service... Tax lady became irate when we told her we were leaving due to her still with another customer. This tax lady went as far as to pull her pepper spray.. Law Enforcement was notified and did arrive on scene... Had to give one star other wise I couldnt comment...Please do not go to the Jackson&Hewitt in the Marrianna Fl. Walmart...."
"We have used April in the Walmart Marianna branch for a few years now and absolutely adore her! She is always pleasant and goes above and beyond for us!! I always did our taxes ourselves until we found April! I won’t ever do them again without her!"
"I visited this office this morning just before 11. The lady was decorating her work station for Valentine's Day and took the time to answer my questions about why I haven't received my stimulus check. I believe her name was April and her work station looks so cute; you can tell she likes decorating and making her work station more inviting. I will visit her again."
