Is one of the most awesome employees one could possibly have, I showed up at five minutes before closing one night and he went above and beyond and out-of-the-way to help me Find parts for my old 50-year-old chainsaw. After going through half a dozen bars and chains with no help, In the end I purchased a new chain saw. "I would not let this place work on a pull wagon. Picked up my lawnmower today they worked on, took it home to cut grass, was cutting grass fine before they got it. Now it's not cutting and has no side discharge of anything grass or leaves. Called to complain, said I didn't ask them to fix that. Wasn't a problem till they worked on it. Will never use them again. So here it is Saturday and I'm checking my mower. Looks like to get more money the mechanic twisted my blade belt. Had I not been mechanical inclined would have been out more money. Well here it is July 1st and the drive belt off again. They just rebuilt pully system. It didn't last 6 yard cuts."

"Would give them a 5-star review if the customer service were better. Otherwise, they do the job and I guess it's worthy of 3-stars. Be forewarned that you'll be charged 3% for using any debit or credit card ... UPDATE: my mower broke down after 41 days and only one mow post $350 belt(s) and pulley replacement. Yes, I used it once after getting it back. However, when I called the nice young lady said they only guarantee labor and service for 30 days. Okay, it was day 41 and the belt came off again. I'm 30 miles away and $350 down, with one yard to mow, without a reputable business to take this 30-inch TimeMaster to that apparently isn't warrantied for belts and pulleys. I'm honestly kinda ticked about it, but what can I do since they don't really give a rip. So, I'm taking my 3-star down to a 1-star since they won't stand behind their work AND I'm stuck borrowing my neighbor's 14 year old John Deere since my one year old TimeMaster is a lemon and Lee Power is ambivalent. They also gave me the wrong price quote over the phone and didn't put my blades on when they said they would. I'm done with them and with Toro! UPDATE to my UPDATE: Took my mower to an independent repair shop AFTER the belt busted on my second use post fix. Found out that the belt Lee Power put on was an after market belt that was actually the wrong size. Good job guys!"

"Dropped by to get 5 different chains sharpened for my chain saw and pole saw a few weeks ago. They had them sharpened within a few hours of me dropping them off and charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!! those chains are still fairly sharp and were cutting extremely well when I first got them back."
