You'll waste your time if you head out to them and if you send them money ahead of transportation to build it to you or a down Payment, it won't matter, you will be ripped off. The real owner of the property will come out and tell you that you're being ripped off. There's nothing real about this, except for real crooks. Doing real shady stuff taking real money from real people. Scan stammers, stammers, scammers. Too lazy to work a real job pathetic low life.
