"Worst experience of my life. If there were a company that could receive negative stars, it would be Jackson Hewitt. 1) They incorrectly entered my tax info and insisted that I owed the state over $8,000 in taxes. 2) They failed to submit my state taxes and never told me. I only found out because I personally followed up with the state tax dept to ensure that they received my tax forms. 3) I called the local office to ask them why they haven't been submitted and they told me that I have to mail them in myself. I had paid them for this service. 4) They emailed me 2 other people's personal bank information (routing/accounting numbers), home address, date of birth, and social security numbers. 5) I demanded a refund due to their failure to file my taxes after I paid them for this service. I never received a refund or even a follow up response from the area manager."
