"Well after my quarts install I am very disappointed. I really expected higher quality. When they came over to do the template I specifically asked where the seam was going to be. I was told the seam would be in the corner and shouldn’t be noticeable. The guys that came over to install the countertops had to be some of the most unprofessional contractors I have ever came across. After the countertops got installed and I looked at it the seam is very noticeable and can be felt and not where I was told it would be, they also cut into my wall to make it fit. I understand that things are not perfect and would may need to be adjusted, but DON’t CUT into a customers wall with out letting them know. I asked why did you cut into my wall without letting me know, and his reply was OH MY BAD!!! I worry that something will get spilled because it is a countertop and it will leave a permanent stain, that I see immediately when I walk into the kitchen. Even the contractor that is doing a renovation noticed it and mentioned he had never seen anyone have quartz installed with such a terribly placed seam. I called and talked to the owner after the install and he informed he is the one that does the templates and he never said that the seam would be in the corner and not be noticeable ….. If I would have been told the truth about the seam location I would have requested it to be put in a different location. Today the same installers came over to do a so called fix, well it’s the exact same as it was before they came!!!! The installers reply was oh it is perfect…I question how can a repair be perfect when it is the exact same as it was before they did anything!!!This was one of the worst experiences I have had. I paid good money for my countertops and got subpar workmenship. My contractor was here today and saw how the so called repair was done and was at awe, and will make sure that any of his customers don’t use this company."

"From the moment we call Connie took great care of us! The owner Jason came right out and took measurements and provided us an estimate for new granite. The price was fair and the selection of granite was good. On install day, Jay (the happiest singing dude ever) and Eddy came out and did an amazing job of making our kitchen look great. Thank you all for a great job done!"

"Jason & Jason and team totally exceeded my expectations with a courteous and professional installation of our granite kitchen countertops. Jason worked with my wife to solve the problem of bringing in the large piece in one piece and they even helped me move the refrigerator back in place! Special kudos to Connie for putting up with me and being so kind. We couldn't be happier and we would heartily recommend Raccoon Stone to anyone who wants a beautiful and professional result."

"I'm so pleased with Raccoon Stone and Tile. Not only did they do an awesome job on my kitchen and bathrooms, but are very knowledgeable about the material i was buying. Definitely recommend these guys. It's so nice to go to a local shop and see exactly the stone that goes into your house instead of choosing from a sample piece. Five stars for sure."

"Here is what you are going to find with Raccoon... They have the full slabs there at the shop that you can look at. Other companies in the area have little 1 foot square blocks to look at, even Lowes and Home Depot. Others will send you up to Atlanta where they buy their slabs. (We did that too.) (Very rough neighborhood in Atlanta.) Hundreds to look at but none of them as nice as those that Raccoon has available. They are very nice folks and professional. The guy that came out to our house spent 4 hours there making a template. When it came time for the install, it was an absolute perfect fit. We are very picky when it comes to hiring companies. Oh, and their prices beat everyone. We are so pleased with this company and highly recommend them."
