"My church bus happened to break down this morning right in front of Poore Bros Tires. Mr Ricky Poore took the best of care of our bus (failed tire caliper) AND the 7 passengers. He actually tried to help us arrange transportation in to Dahlonega so that we could enjoy our outing. Believe it or not, he was taking our lunch orders and was planning to provide food to us, when his beautiful sister happened by and offered to drive us on into town. I have never experienced customer care in such a high fashion. We also found the bill for his service to be very reasonable. God bless you and your family and your staff Mr. Ricky Poore."

"I wish I could give a zero. My daughter just took her car there to be repaired. I asked her not too because they did exactly what just happened to her to me back when I was her age. She called and told them what was wrong, they guessed the diagnosis and told her it would be $xx. Then when they actually checked it out, they called and told her $200 more than the original price. Okay, understandable, they found something else wrong. But here is the kicker! When she went to pick it up the invoice was $150 MORE than they told her it would be when they called. Exact same thing that happened to me 20 years ago. This company is and always has been shady. The type of business that gives mechanics a bad name. DO NOT TRUST THEM?"

"These guys were great! Very helpful on the exact info that I needed, and changed my tires in about an hour. They were short handed but it was still faster than most places I've been too! They even have a waiting room which was helpful since I have two little ones. Over all would rate a 5 out of 5 and will be going again if needed. :)"
