"DO NOT USE!! If I could give ZERO STARS I would! Salesperson said they could match "close enough" to my existing hardwood and have me finished by Thanksgiving. So I ordered hardwood for the rest of downstairs (would have chosen LVP had I known) then 4 weeks later Chip comes to visit, tells me they cannot match old hardwood because it's not made anymore (later learn that's a LIE) so had to purchase more hardwood. 15 months later, the job is unfinished, my stairs are ruined and of course Chip can't manage to find his way to my house to do anything about it. I believe I was SCAMMED out of a lot of money and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you never use this company!!!! I am shocked that this man can live with himself after what he has done to myself and other hard-working people. Perhaps a lawsuit would get his attention?!"

"This was the worst experience !!! I was referred to him by a friend they!!!! laid my floors the same day, as I had taking out the previous flooring, replaced a few soft spots. Two months later, the floor started buckling and bowing!!! Calling Chip the owner, never returning a phone call or willing to make it right I would highly recommend never using this company"

"Installed floors in our entire home. We started having issues with spots coming up within 6 months. We called, they came out and said it was because the edges were too tight and they would come fix it. Nothing. Called several more times and they finally came out again, and were going to bring back a rep from Shaw since they made the flooring. Another call, and then finally a rep from Shaw. Initially they tried to blame it on our animals, even though it's waterproof flooring. When they saw they couldn't do that the Shaw rep said it was the sub floor. Ummm, the sub floor was fine when it was put down. If not, then the installers should have said something so it could be addressed then. So, here we are 18 months after the first call to Chips, and 2 years after the install, and the flooring in coming up in more places everyday and still no resolution."
