"I visited this place to complete some things for my new job. The lady at the front desk was so sweet and explained everything. She was quick and patient. And also asked if I had any questions. Its hard to come across great customer service and glad I chose this place."
"Mrs. Edwards prepared my taxes for the 1st time last year and I was a little concerned that they would be submitted on time (filed late ext.) but there were. However, she did mention that I would receive a letter with a penalty fee which I did. Mrs. Edwards stated, once I receive the letter to send it to her and she will respond to the IRS to have it waived. I emailed her the letter, followed up and left 3 messages, followed up again with a phone call. She finally responded by email and said she would email the IRS and put the letter in the portal once that was done. I checked back in a week but there was no letter. I followed up last week with an email stating my disappointment to see if this issue could be resolved. I ended up having to contact the IRS myself because to this day, nothing. I am taking my business elsewhere and do not recommend her services!!! Very unprofessional!!!!"
