"Pamela Sharp was my son’s tax professional at the Newnan, GA location. I sent him to have his 2018 taxes prepared and she filed them for the wrong year, 2021. After I saw it I called her and she was adamant that she filed them correctly. However, I went to file his 2021 taxes and they were rejected. I requested his transcript from the IRS and what i said was correct she file for the wrong year. It’s been the biggest hassle trying to get this corrected. Never Have this office prepare your taxes it too important and they are careless!"
