"Failed installation , truck cab came off while enroute from point A to point B, no installation warranty providied . Initial report was the cab was stolen, as the idea that a truck cab could “ fly “ off was difficult to process. But further video footage supports the cab came off in route. After further review, no clamps were ever installed. Faulty Instalation and no warranty means I’m out $2400 on a two month old truck cab ."

"When I got a new work truck in October of 21’, the first accessory I looked for was a bed cap. I carry a lot of tools in totes in the bed and needed a cap with doors on the sides to be able to reach near the cab and in the middle of the truck. I found the RSI Smart Cap online and it fit all my work needs. I considered ordering the cap and installing it myself, but had a few questions so I contacted the south east sales rep for RSI. He suggested I find a dealer and look at a cap in person. I told him I work in Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee and asked who the the best dealer was in any of those states and he suggested Jason with Boss Vans. If I had ordered the cap myself the shipping cost to my house was the same cost as the installation charge at Boss so it was definitely worth going through them. Plus after I placed my order Jason offered me a loaner cap until my came in. Everyone at this business from the young lady in the office, the sales reps, install techs and the owner were very help very helpful. I definitely will be giving them more business in the future. Side note: the RSI Smart Cap is everything I hoped it’d be. The only thing I’d change is the front glass next to the cab. I’m not sure if all their caps come with the sliding glass, but my truck doesn’t have a sliding glass so to me it’s just obstructs some of my view out the back glass."
