"I spoke to Andres when I called the main number asking for shingle sample boards in GAF Driftwood & Golden Harvest. Andres said he checked and they have the samples in stock at the Norcross location. I just drove 1 hour one way to find out BRS doesn’t carry those sample boards and never had them in stock at the Norcross location. Andres doesn’t even work at that location and was working from a separate location. Complete waste of time and gas, wouldn’t recommend this company if they paid me to! If they can’t handle keeping up with sample board stock, they won’t be able to take care of your professional roofing needs."
"I will go to the courthouse and sue your company. Ordered roof and it came with wrong color, and your company refused to correct it.I have the receipt and the product. I have told you on the phone I will sue you so See you in The court!"
"Got a quote and a delivery date and when it came time to make the purchase the price and delivery date both changed, and changed a lot. Can't say it was intentional, but the result was a negative impact on the project schedule for my customer. It you need predictability and dependability, this may not be your best option. Then again, it could have been a one off. For reference, I was looking for siding and not roofing."
"I must have called Daniel at BRS no less than 20 times due to my inability to make a decision on a new roof color. He sent me addresses of newly installed roofs so I could compare colors and styles. These people are amazing, and I would suggest only buying from them! Prices were very competitive and the delivery was very very quick. Can’t say enough good things about them -especially in contrast to “the big competition”!"
