"I do not recomend ever using Jackson Hewitt for your taxes they charged 500.00 in fees and when I needed help turning stuff in to the IRS they did nothing to help nor did they return any of my complaint calls.I still have not received my taxes and filed in February my atate check they took all of for my fees I owed them that they did nothing for.I could have done mine on my phn thru Turbo Tax for 59.00 and probably would have had it back.Their staff is very unhelpful amd rude they should have to at least go to achool for accounting to work here.Im still waiting on a phone call to refund part of my fees from days ago and thats gonna take 3 weeks.Very disappointed and angry very unprofessional.Do not use them."
