"I placed an order with Suwanee Decorative Hardware, Kailey called to let me know the hardware was not in stock so it would take 10-15 weeks for delivery. She wanted to know before placing the order if I was willing to wait for the items or if I would like help choosing another item. I thought this type of customer service was exceptional. After placing the order I realized one of the locksets I ordered was incorrect so she patiently worked with me to find the set that would work for my door.
