"Don't come unless you really have to. From the manager to the employees. The customer service is the worst I've experienced at any Sherwin Williams store. They act like they're not getting paid to provide service. Always seem to have an attitude about something and never have an answer for anything. I'm a pro. It's sad and upsetting how they treat the regular person who doesn't have much knowledge about paint. Really wish Sherwin Williams would do something about it. It's not anything new..."

"Sherwin Williams is great. This store, is not. Employees literally sitting on the shakers and conveyer belts on their phones, not acknowledging customers, talking on their personal cell phones while working, the list goes on an on. I've never seen such an unprofessional store and staff members. Corporate needs to have a chat with the store manager and their crew. Asked for 7 gallons of paint, only 3 were mixed and ready when we came back an hour later to pick them up. Waited another 30+ minutes for the last 4 gallons to be ready. Definitely won't be coming back to this location."
"Horrible customer service. We are a pro contractor with a pro act, all other stores nothing but a pleasure to work with. This store specifically gentleman working at 9am on Tuesday claimed he couldn’t mix a simple gallon of agreeable grey within an hour. Took Home Depot less than 2 minutes to mix, & they “didn’t have time.”"
