"Brett and his team did an amazing job on replacing my French doors which turned into a rotten nightmare. They wound up having to replace not just the doors & frame, but floors & walls around it as well from water damage/rot. These guys on the 1st day worked until after dark just to make sure they got the doors up & secure & weren’t leaving me with a huge hole when it was supposed to be the coldest night until they could get back to it. They were all very professional & courteous & took care to clean up before leaving each day & at the end of the job. Brett stayed in the loop & in constant communication with me. I cannot say enough good things about him & his team! I already have several other jobs lined up for him!"

"Guaranteed Repair was recommended by a friend when I mentioned interest in remodeling my bathrooms. Brett quickly responded to my call and patiently walked through the changes I wanted to make as well as providing recommendations. I particularly appreciate his referral to Traditions in Tile where I found the perfect tile for my Hall bathroom. The tile was backordered for almost 4 weeks, but Brett worked with me for the wait time. His team completed as much demolition and installation as possible, then went to other jobs until the tile was available. As is probably usual in projects of this size, there was a problem or two. There was as unexpected addition to the project as I discovered a leak in the window over the tub that was about to be tiled over. Brett quickly worked up a very reasonable quote to remove the window, frame it up, and side the outside (you can’t even tell there was ever a window there). There were a couple of other issues that I only mention to be able to praise Brett’s professionalism in resolution. I now have two beautiful bathrooms that I am so happy with. Thank you Brett and team [especially Coty (general construction), William & spouse (sheetrock/trim), and Eduardo (tile)! I love my new bathrooms!"

"We recently had Brett and his team come out to remodel/change the whole footprint of our master bathroom. From the start, Brett was courteous, easy to talk to and offered a very fair price. He communicated with me daily, worked around my schedule and offered me advice when I was unsure of what options to choose. Not only am I extremely pleased with this level of service, but I now have the most beautiful bathroom in town!! My tiny shower and unused garden tub, have been transformed into a large linen closet and a huge walk in tiled shower! I love my new matte tile floors(that are not slippery at all), the modern light fixture installed over the sinks and Brett even built a frame to go around my giant mirror- gave it a completely different look.
