"I have been in this store four times. The first time the owner was arrogant. He treated me like there was no way I could afford anything in his store. More recently, the second time, the young man who helped offered a smart aleck remark, when I asked if it was possible to shop in the locked warehouse. He assured me he locked the building and he could unlock it. I suffered through his demeanor, because I needed flooring installed. I returned to the store after the installer came to measure. The girl working the counter asked me if I often pulled out my dishwasher to clean behind it. It was a smart aleck question. I defended myself by explaining that I discussed with the installer about cleaning behind my movable appliances. Of course, this did not include the dishwasher. The owner’s arrogance was still evident, even after several years. The last time I went into the store, I returned samples. I was not greeted or my presence acknowledged in any way. I set the samples down and left the store. Owner/dad, sales rep/son, and counter sales/ daughter do not understand good customer service. I won’t be buying from this store."
