"Third time and it surely was not a charm! The first time I called they never gave me a mentor. I called a few times and filled out the form online. Nothing. Several months later I decided to try again. This time I did get someone. She gave me very very basic information that you can find online like how to register an LLC. I wanted more in-depth and had questions about trademark which she didn't seem to know any of the answers to. We had a brief conversation which consisted of me mainly telling her what I've done so far; she encouraged me and said I'm on the right track call her if I needed anything. I guess it's also my part as well. I could have called her back but I really didn't want to when she didn't offer much. Fast forward a couple years after much procrastination and covid I decided to try it again. This time they gave me someone who seemed knowledgeable but when I had specific questions about certain things, he seemed like he was a little frustrated and didnt get the gist of what I was inquiring about. Well I wasn't going to register until I had some very specific questions answered and some of those questions I had were necessary to complete the business registration online. I was frustrated and overwhelmed so took a pause for that and personal reasons. A few months later came back asking if I should pick up where I left off with mentor or would they assign me a new mentor. There was a response asking me for more specific questions about my business which I answered. No follow-up so I reached out again. This time he reviewed my answers to the questions asked of me but never told me if I need to request a new mentor or reach out to the former one. I inquired once more what was my next step. No answer. Maybe others can just forge ahead with no problem but I was extremely overwhelmed and confused. It's like they're annoyed I questioned the mentor and had specific unique questions. Maybe the funding from SBA is based on the number of mentor client matches NOT if they are actually successful in helping the entrepreneur to get started."

"The mentor, Sheldon was rude & came off as a racist. He has the superior complex as if he knows it all. I've asked Score to reassign my account to another Mentor, but I've yet to receive a response. I've left voicemails & sent several emails. I was hoping for a great experience, but Score has failed to assist. Free ain't always good....."

"I paid for a sales workshop to attend on 1/16/21. I was never sent a link to attend and I took of from work to do so! The worst part is that you cant get in contact with anyone about it!!! This is frustrating.. Y'all are suppose to help with business and y'all don't even have your business together."
