"I spoke to the owner and even after expressing our claim he was not willing to do anything… the carpet was installed 1 year 10 months ago and we have extremely excessive wear in traffic areas like hallways and near the living room. They sent out an inspector who was obviously not a 3rd party and he submitted inaccurate information including year of the house built, sub floor type and the vacuum w we’re using. This company is one to be aware of and does not stand to any warranty."
