"Four rooms dragged out for four months with a dozen phone calls trying to track down installers and three personal visits to the store to see if something could be done to enable the installs. The carpet work was poor and the installer just walked out at 6 leaving a huge mess and nothing put back in place, no doors remounted. Therre was approximately 40% overage because the installer couldn't do simple math. The hardwood guy was top notch, though, when they finally reached out to the third different installer! Don't have a flooring nightmare with this company."

Please don't ever do business with these people they will just steal from you. Its sad that you can't even trust people in your own home!"
