"Allen came by after spotting loose gutter spikes on my house. When my roof was replaced last year, they took down the gutters, but put them back up using the existing spike holes. This can cause issues, as the spikes should be re-seated. He offered to re-seat all of them, plus clean the gutters for a reasonable price. While up there, he noticed some significant gutter damage and also repaired that. On top of it all, he spotted an area where the roofer clearly didn't either replace the plywood or did something to cause a big depression. Now I've contacted them to fix it under warranty. Allen is honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable, and I'll use him for all my cutter, fascia, and siding repair work from now on."
