"We needed a front door and found a unit with sidelights that we liked, but the door wasn’t what we wanted. They are building another unit for us with the door we like. I didn’t know they would build a front door unit, but we are really happy we worked with Rita. We will be going back for other remodeling projects we have to do soon. Photo of the door unit and the door we wanted put in the frame. Thanks! UPDATE: I feel as though I should update the review. The door unit I received was not built correctly. The door and sidelights were installed in the frame wrong side out. The stickers on the glass said “IMPORTANT! This side must face inside.” Before I started installing it I noticed it and called them to let them know. They said to bring it back and they would fix it. I took it back to the store (an hour drive), on a Friday, and left it with them. They said it should be ready Wednesday or Thursday and that they would let me know. I called them back two weeks later and they said it was ready. The next day I drove back over there to pick it up and when I looked at the door and sidelights the only thing that had changed was the stickers were removed. They didn’t know I had marked the sidelights and door to make sure I could tell if they only removed the stickers, which is what they did. All my marks were still on the system, even the ones on the door which the door would have to be replaced because it can’t be turned around in the same frame because the holes would be on the wrong side. I pointed out that I had marked them and the gentleman, who I believe is the manager, said they would build a new unit for me right then. They built me a new unit in about an hour and a half and I took it home. I considered giving them three stars only because the manager worked to help build the new unit, but it’s just wrong to deceive someone like that after they spent a lot of money to buy a door system and only want it to be built correctly."

"Pros: Chloe was very helpful, polite, and worked on solutions to make things happen. Prices are great and they have a wide selection of products Cons: once I got what I needed the installer unwrapped the doors and installed them. Within a few days both pine doors (36” Bedroom and Barn) split. Major cracks in each door. We reached out to Chloe, who tried to help, but the manager wouldn’t budge. “All sales are final!” Each door came wrapped in plastic, so it would have been difficult to see any defects before hand. Each of these doors seemed to “crack” a few days after installation. Thumbs up to Chloe. Thumbs down on the quality of these pine doors, management, and their policies behind their products."

"I have been eyeing this door for a while and decided to finally take the plunge. The only problem was that I did not have a truck to get it home (an hour away). Mike and Joe helped me measure and troubleshoot how I could get this door safely home. They loaded it up and made sure my trunk was tied down properly.
